Maybe you're feeling depressed, stressed, and anxious or experiencing repeated negative patterns of thinking and behaviour. Perhaps you’re undergoing loss of self, loss of status or affected by bereavement. You may struggle to create healthy boundaries, and personal relationships suffer.

Whatever issues you are facing, we all need extra support in our daily lives when life gets too challenging. Therapy encourages positive change within you to lead a happier, more fulfilling life.

As an integrative humanistic counsellor, I build a trusting and connected therapeutic relationship with you so that you can explore and understand different aspects of yourself to facilitate long-lasting change. I draw upon a range of therapeutic modalities such as Person-Centred Therapy, CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing), ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), Trauma Therapy and Mindfulness for you to realise your potential and achieve your goals.

I offer online and in-person weekly counselling where you can visit me at my practice room in Knaphill, Woking.

I work with adults across a range of issues and use Psychoeducation to empower clients to be in control of their emotions. I also work with Army Welfare Servicemen and Women, Frontline workers – police, emergency series and NHS/shift workers.

Sessions can be short- or long-term; we work at your pace.

My Speciality: EMDR

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) is a psychotherapy that helps you process and recover from past experiences that are affecting your well-being. It involves using side-to-side eye movements or tapping combined with talk therapy in a specific and structured format. EMDR helps you process the negative images, emotions, beliefs, and body sensations associated with traumatic memories that seem to be stuck.
