Beliefs are not facts
It may be possible to sum up the negative opinion of yourself in terms of
one or two specific beliefs.
“I’m unlovable” “ I am not good enough”
These Fundamental beliefs, Often referred to as central beliefs, because
they are thought to be central to our self-esteem. And influence how we
think, feel and behave.
However, remember that beliefs about ourselves are likely
to be opinion rather than fact. .. And opinions can be changed.
